I think my membership renewal is this month. I have not received anything about it. Can somebody in admin let me know?

TFA is converting membership software and it should be up by January. We will be doing a manual mailing in January for all expired members.

I have re-registered my membership via the "new" Association registration form. After completing the form, I did not receive confirmation of membership. I continue to receive emails requesting I re-register?

Also, when I originally sign up, I completed the annual auto-registration you had with PayPal. May I inquire as to what happened to that information?

I replied to a link in my email but it failed to deliver so hopeful Mr Harris or someone can help me resolve this;


I've made a mistake. I have two memberships.

#5484 expires on 2/29/16 and #7851 that I recently received expires on
5/31/16.
I should have noticed this but did not until I went to replace my
new card in my billfold.

Can you fix this by making #7851 a renewal to #5484? Or tell me how we can fix this.
