What is the status of new open carry and constitutional carry laws pending?

All the firearms related legislation will be heard in committees (Judiciary in the Senate, Criminal Justice in the House) the week of March 10-11.

Dead for the year as they adjourned already.

Just recently sent out to members and those on the email list the end of year report. Bottom line, the "big issues" like constitutional carry, permitless open carry, nullification of federal gun laws, even parks were all either derailed by the Establishment leadership or amended to the point that what did pass is ineffective or seriously flawed.
