This story makes me mad as hell! I say no state can ignore the 2nd Amendment unless they secede from the union! And any local or state official that ignores the 2nd Amendment should be tried for treason, convicted, and put in front of a firing squad!!!

Lump TN into those states then. Every state infringes on on the 2d to some degree.

I too carry a firearm...for similar reasons. Now that I am a bona fide "senior citizen" running away from a 'confrontation' is physically not a possibility. I can shoot straight tho and fast too..probably waaay better than must potential attackers would even think possible. As some seem to think & say say.."oh you carry a GUN..what are you afraid of..?" My reply is .."not a d*&n thing.."

As far as the 'politicians' who are anti-gun: think of it THIS WAY.....they don't WANT to have to use reason to get their way; they want FORCE..to get us to do their bidding, while we keep on paying FOR it......they hate and fear armed taxpayers more than they fear armed criminals that's all.

Remember...Gun Control is NOT about guns, it is about control.
