It’s been an honor to serve as Shelby TFA Director for the last six years. Unfortunately, in this economy of “hope & change”, my business obligations have been preventing me form devoting the time the chapter deserves. I’d like to discuss us looking for a new Director at tomorrow night’s meeting. Also, I’d like to thank all of you for your contributions to our chapter and TFA as an organization. I believe the work we have done, and do, is important and still want to be active in TFA, and if business conditions change, allowing me more time, and I’m needed, may be able to be able to serve the chapter in the future. I’ve spoken with TFA Executive Director, John Harris, about a new chapter Director and appreciate his understanding and support.

Also, we will make plans for this year’s Bartlett Festival, Saturday October 1st.
