Murfreesboro City Parks and Trials Banned!

All of Murfrresboro City Parks banned ( Posted) and also the entire "Greenway Trial" Which I question the Greenway because of the Federal dollars grants that were received by the local governing bodies ( Murfreesboro City ), Inwhich are inside thier boundries ( city limits) etc. ,If TN. state parks allow and Federal parks eg. ( Stones River Battlefield ) trial allowed Except the Visitor center is banned ( posted ) are not banned for HCP holders how can the local governing agencies ( Murfreesboro City) take Federal grant dollars and then restrict the Greenway projects ?

Federal dollars go into State schools as well. Same principal. Unless it is designated as a Federal park, I assume State has jurisdiction.

And, since State passed the control to the City, here we are.
