I'm sorry, but I was there when TFA met with him, and he did not adopt any 'fringe' positions. He was very careful to tell us that he supported current TN firearms law. Period. Of course, Pamela goes on to talk about how important it is for him to support liberal causes and 'reach across the aisle'. If TN voters had wanted more 'reaching across the aisle' they would have been indifferent to party affiliation.

Memphis Flyer has an interpretation of the 2nd Amendment that might be useful for everyone to discuss and get a handle on. I feel that it will be the next counter argument. It deals with "well regulated."
