Until bad happens to her.

Now it's ok and guns are great because I'm in need of one now. Makes me sick and happy at the same time.

True. But it is also an example of what happens when someone has to confront evil for the first time. Suddenly, she realized that NOBODY ELSE can help her. When seconds count, the police are only minutes away. Her boyfriend wouldn't always be there, and neither could anyone else. Now, she realizes that it comes down to her, and her alone, who needs to be ready to confront evil.

And this happens to someone every single day. If you have a loved one with that liberal attitude, all you can do is pray that they learn this lesson before it causes permanent injury.

Well if she was a single lady and it sounds as if she was , she should have already purchased a weapon. Then found some training in handling and how to use it. Then she would not have gone through all the nights alone & scared. That is the worst part poeple don't understand when they need protection until it is needed or just plain too late. That is why I love my country because we can arm ourselves when needed. At least the over 2million people have armed themselves. That is also the reason We carry to protect ourselves & our families from harm.

Give it about 18-20 months, shortly before Obama's re-election she will write another piece, about how Obama made it so much safer for her, that she no longer needs a gun for safety. She then attacks Bush, because after his 8 years she bought a gun to protect herself, and after a meager 4 years of Obama she is safe. What good would 4 more years bring? She then would detail her quest to get rid of her gun, she refuses to sell it, as it would "be on the street", and a danger to the children everywhere! No, in the end she will decide that only police have the super tacticool-ninja training needed to safely use guns, and she will turn it over to them to be destroyed. She will end by declaring she has just done her part to make the streets safer, one gun at a time.

Yes, I am a cynic, and a pessimistic one at that.

ummmmmmmmmm I had never fired a 45 before when I was 18 years old and I fired one about 100 rounds to be exact and it never hurt my hand. She is a wuss for sure. Sounds just like a wussy liberal.
