Please forward this to your Board members. Thanks Mr. Burch, My name is David. I wrote you a letter on Sept 10th on the new posting policy on firearms. Thank you for your quick response. As in your letter workplace violence and domestic violence is on the rise but documentation shows it is not by people that are legally armed and anyone with a history of that cannot get a permit. Courthouses in Tennessee, it is legal to carry as long as we are not in a court room as long as the courthouse isn’t posted so in many of them did not post and I can go in and buy my tags etc. but just cannot go on the floor where the courtrooms are. Airports, government buildings, it is still illegal to carry but all these restrictions where in place pre-permit program and as you know the government is very slow on changes. However the government has started to recognize that permit holders are not a threat or danger and slowly have started lifting restrictions where it is now legal to carry, fo
