What they are saying sounds kinda like what Haslam said about carrying in City of Knoxville Parks. It's illegal, but we aren't really going to enforce it. What is the matter with this country? If we aren't going to enforce it, then let's take it off the books so we don't ensnare people who are TRYING to be law abiding citizens. What's to say that they suddenly wanted to enforce the law when you really were not doing anything wrong (such as the LEO was having a bad day and decides to be a jerk.)

So do all national recreation areas fall under this same law? I thought places like Big South Fork were going to become legal with the national parks law, but that seems to not be.
