Today for the first time I saw a "no guns" sign posted at Rafferty's. It was interesting because it also said in addition to the normally posted penalties for breaking this law "loss of permit." What's this? I have not seen that one nor have I seen it as a penalty in my best attempt at interpretting the TN code. Anyone with whether or not this is in fact one of the penalties?

It was not back then. It will be in this new HB 3125 bill. With this new bill you would lose your permit with the old bill I think you would just get like a 500.00 fine or some junk.
