"Liberals OFTEN lie by OMISSION, so that if you get more facts later, they can alibi
that they never denied what you have learned, they just did not include it in their story.

When the CA (http://www.communistappeal.com) was running stories locally and later when TESTIFYING in the State
Legislature against handgun owners, they said they found some 70 cases of permit
holders with "arrest records" whose permits were not revoked. In fact, all these
persons were arrested but the police either DROPPED THE CHARGES or they were
ACQUITED at trial. Previously, we had believed that everyone is entitled to be presumed
innocent unless they plead guilty, plead no contest, or are convicted by a judge or jury.
The CA now believes (in the case of gun owners only) that if you are ever arrested,
YOU ARE PRESUMED GUILTY. The Constitution does NOT apply at 495 Union Avenue
if it is related to gun ownership and matters related to them."

I want to understand this completely. Are you saying that none of the 70 individuals mentioned by Chris Peck were adjudicated "guilty" of any charge that would have resulted in the revocation of their permits?
