There have been several Tennessee Attorney General Opinions issued recently which may be of interest to firearms owners. Here are some over the last two months:

Can anything be unconscionable in a country which allows abortion, gay marriage and Obamacare?

Amen to that John. As someone who has seen an abortion, and held the murdered child afterward, I can honestly say that while that is legal, nothing allowed in this country will surprise me.

By no reservation at this time do I agree that replacing the appointed AG with one elected by the people would increase his or her responsiveness to the rights of the people and the fiduciary duties of government.
