north carolina reciprocity

Governor did not sign or veto

It appears the governor didn't sign the bill, or veto the bill; therefore, from what I have read, the law takes effect in 60 days. Now, if a state currently recognizes NC (states such as MI, IN, KY, VA, etc.), then they automatically have reciprocity with NC (in 60 days). Now, if we can only get TN to recognize NC right away, we would have reciprocity with NC in 60 days.

As a result of the governor signing SB0128 on 6/11/03, TN will honor NC permits effective 7/1/03
