Contributions to TFA's Political Action Committee (PAC) and/or its Constitutional Action Fund (CAF) can now be made online in almost any amount

Please note that contributions to the PAC a) can only be made by individuals and b) if the contribution is more than $100 per person per quarter, we are required to report names, addresses and employer information on forms that are then made publicly available by the state. Not to discourage you but we don't want people to be surprised when large contributions (like our adversaries make) are able to be searched.

What is the major difference between the two?

The PAC is a registered political action committee. The funds raised in it are pretty much limited to making contributions to candidates for office.

The CAF (Constitutional Act Fund) was started this year and arose out of the discussions concerning the restaurant lawsuit that TFA needs to raise a "legal" fund in order to allow it - even at discounted or volunteer legal services - to get involved in lawsuits because there are always hard expenses such as filing fees, other court costs, discovery expenses, etc.
