The April edition of America's 1st Freedom has an article on the McKenzie, TN Scholastic Clay Target Program and mentions a law suit seeking to shut down a newly constructed range. Depositions were scheduled to be presented to the court on March 14, 2005.
Does anyone know the status of this suit?
