I am looking for a place to rent.

Within a month I will more than likely be starting a new job in Chattanooga off lee highway. I would like to find an apartment that has all utilities included. I am 32, non-smoker, non-drinker, never been late with any bills, gun owner, NRA member, HCP carrier, and will pay cash every month more than likely. I am looking at no more than say 440.00 a month. I would not mind finding an apartment in a basement, or above a garage, so long as it had a shower toilet etc, living area, bedroom, a refrigerator, stove, etc. Also must not be roach infested or in the projects or a bad neighborhood. I do not throw wild parties or anything like that and would more than likely be there only after midnight through mid day as I would be working second shift. I can provide the name and number of my previous landlord if you would like to contact them for a reference. I am a very quiet individual and keep to my self. Most of the time one would not even know I was there unless you saw a car in the drive way. I have my own furniture so it need not be furnished. Please pm me on here with contact info if anyone has any information on a place I could rent. Also, if the apartment could be no more than say 10 miles away from lee highway that would be best.
