Lawrenceburg - not opting out?

Lawrenceburg - not opting out?

I was asked by a local news station that was interviewing me today relative to the parks issue in Columbia that Lawrenceburg decided not to "opt out" - any confirmations on that?

The Lawrenceburg City Counsel voted to opt out and close Bobby Brewer Park and Rotary Park to HCP holders. That pretty much closes all parks in Lawrenceburg.
