That's what I suspected, Tim. All the more reason to keep the weapon really concealed.

As to the law, I would AS ALWAYS defer to Mr. Harris. What I actually do is to ALWAYS carry DEEPLY concealed so as not to get myself in a situation where that would be addressed. One thing for sure, if the cop arrests me where I am not guilty, and after bonding out charges are dropped on my attorney checking with the DA, I would probably just let it go there. HOWEVER, if tried and found innocent they can bet their bottom dollar that they WILL be sued. Mr. Harris, I will want to retain you in that event.
