I was in Oak Court Mall 7/8/10 and saw nothing prohibiting HCP holders from carrying firearms inside. I am always quick to specify HCP holders because I had a friend challenge my position on handguns a few weeks ago, asking me if I felt safe with unlicensed people carrying handguns. I answered no, but that they can't legally carry anywhere outside their homes anyway. When referencing businesses, I think we should specify that they do or do not ban HCP holders, making it clear than non HCP holders are always banned.
