Posted: Thu Apr 22, 2010 7:51 amcalled them today..was told that being a federal financial institution they had to. I had to tell her that the credit union was not a federal credit union she then tried to say that because they were a financial institution they had to so I let her know that Tn does not list financial institutions as off limits she then said thank you I have noted your complaint and hung up.
