Well now here's an interesting quandry

CBL Properties out of Chattanooga posts proper* signage at all vehicular entrances to it's properties. Rivergate Mall, and some of the surrounding shopping centers owned by CBL, have these signs on the roads leading into the area.

The Target in Rivergate sits on land owned by Target, not CBL. The only way to actually get to Target is to drive past one of those signs. The same is true for some of the other businesses in the immediate area. Target is not posted, and no other Target I've ever been too has been posted.

So, all you Certified Carry Accountants, can I carry there?

I have never seen these signs around Rivergate mall but then again I avoid the mall like a bad rash. Unless I am going into Red Lobster, Firestone or one of the other establishments around the permiter of the mall. I have also not been there in a while but the last time I was it was not posted.

Well, If CBL does not maintain control of Target, or its parking lots, then you should be good. Reading into the posting law, the portion of the property owned/controlled by CBL would be off-limits, but the other portion(s) would be fine.
