La Hacienda Germantown Rd. Cordova

I recently went with a group of friends and family to the La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant on Germantown Road in Cordova (Memphis). What I saw was confusing and I did not have an opportunity to speak with a manager.
At one of the entrances, (not the other), ONE of the double doors had a very simple posting "No Weapons Allowed on Premisis". It looked as though an attempt to obliterate the letters had been made with a dark marker of some sort. The OTHER door had the same posting however many of the letters had been scraped off with the remaining letters marked over in the same manner as on the other door. The doors at the other entrance had NO posting.
SO, it begs the question, is this loctaion posted or not? Was it once posted and the management changed their mind and just did a bad job of removing the posting? Or is it still posted and the damage to the posting the result of vandalism?
