I know the law has been overturned, but hopefully it will be back so here is an addition to the list:

Not posted properly/not legal sign. Their sign is just two "gunbuster" type pictures, posted on the inside of a column in the bar area. I didn't even see it until we were being seated and walked past the bar. It can not be seen from outside the restaurant.
