Kingsport, Church Hill allow carry in parks
Posted: Sat Jul 25, 2009 10:23 pmChurch Hill council defeated an opt-out resolution by 3-2 vote. Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen decided to not entertain any such resolution, over the objection of the police chief Gale Osborne.
