Listening to the broadcast of the show, I heard John talk about the 51% food to alcohol sales issue. Only thing I could find on the net was this.



I noticed that doing the "food audits", if the business failed to have 50%+ in food sales, they could be fined or shut down??

I have been unable to find anything more recent. Is there still a criteria for % of food sales still in effect to have the "Restaurant" restrictions satisfied?

I say shut them down! Correction... take away their liquor license.
Sell liquor at the package stores, by the bottle. Not in places for consuming.
Then we won't have drunks in public.......
As we can't drink while carrying a firearm, liquor-by-the-drink is meaningless...
just my opinion, YMMV
