Jackson City Council to vote July 07, 2009 on Brooks Resolut

We will have our day (evening actually) before the Council on the 7th. All indications are that we will be successful in defeating Brooks' Parks Opt-Out Resolution, but, I have seen promises fade before.

Am not counting the chickens till they are peeping!
