Is there a provision in the parks bill that allows a local government an option to reverse its decision should they have opted out of the park carry?

Not prohibited so it my would be position that they can opt-in or -out as often as they desire.

There should not even be a need for local stuff. We have Tennessee permits. All this new "Local Stuff" opens the door for more local stuff in the future. Pretty soon we will no longer have Tennessee Permits. You'll have to get your permit in your location. We should have never allowed this to even happen in the first place. It would have been better if we had left the laws the way they were a year or so ago. The signs are going up as we speak. We will still not be allowed to carry in Restaurants. We will still not be allowed to carry in parks. So how are we better off? We aren't. In fact as of right now, we are worse off, because now there is a foot in the door for local exclusions and laws in the future.

This reminds me of one of the main reasons for state issued permits, which was because each county sheriff was issuing to anybody they wanted with no checks and balances.

Will local councils choosing to opt out of the park legislation be required to post signs banning firearms?

Is there any option for a city to opt out at only certain facilities and/or parks under its jurisdiction?
