Spetznaz to 'help with security' at mass events in USA

New agreement just quietly signed between obummer admin and Putin will have (armed)Russian special forces troopers 'helping with security' at public mass events..ummm..like maybe the Super Bowl. The Indianapolis 500 or maybe NY marathon etc etc. Of course this was not discussed with or even told to the taxpayers who will face armed foreign troops and pay FOR them to boot!! This of course is for your safety.
