I'm surprised O'Reilly feels this way, he isn't usually that conservative on issues. I assume that his statement "My opinion on gun control changed drastically when I saw the chaos in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina." means he finally had an epiphany. It's too bad he didn't also mention the gun confiscation by law enforcement after Katrina.
His article brings a good slant to the SCOTUS opinion that the general public would not have considered. The four Justices that ruled against McDonald should have to show how their ruling didn't violate their oath to uphold the Constitution. When they fail (since it did violate their oath), they should be removed from the bench.

Amen. The same should be said about the entire Legislature, the President, and SCOTUS, if they violate the terms and conditions of the Constitution, they should be removed from office, and possibly face a prison term if the violation was egregious enough to warrant such action. In particular, the police chief in New Orleans after Katrina. He should have been arrested and jailed for his Constitutional violations against the Citizenry.
