TN County Commissioner indicted on gun charge

Williamson Co Commissioner Barb Sturgeon was indicted on a charge of carrying a firearm on school property recently. Her case is apparently pending in court. I have tried in vain to find out 1. if she was possibly set up, as been rumored 2. if she is affiliated w the Democrat Party or the Republican Party? Umm, can anyone help w #1 or 2??? She apparently was carrying concealed in a purse designed for women to carry concealed..and someone reportedly called in a complaint. Also, she has a valid TN HCP btw.
