Any chance on this one?

With all the goings on about the "Safe Commute" bill and the problems we are having getting it passed, I can only assume the chance or even the interest in ever getting the laws concerning posted property changed.
Yeah, I know about the private property arguments but there are a number of states out there that don't make carry in a posted business a misdemeanor like here in Tennessee but a trespassing violation if one refuses to leave. Theses states must have seen something that we didn't when they wrote their carry laws.
Trespassing seems to me to be a good compromise between private property considerations and the individual right to self protection.
I also understand the arguments about not giving a posted business your business but all to often, situations develop that make this very difficult if not impossible.
So am I alone or are there others that would really like to see this law addressed once some of the other pressing issues are covered?
