They act like it so freakin hard to pass good, common sense firearm laws. Rep. Maggart, if you can't juggle more, then maybe you need to let someone else take your place. These proposed bills were not rocket science, but they sure act like they were...

Good comments John! Even when you aren't directly interviewed you still make excellent points.
Rep. Maggart, as a member of TFA, how many years does last year buy you? Next year, will you not focus on education, immigration, economy... etc? Ya know, since you handled that this year, and all...

I received an email and I believe a facebook posting from Lt. Gov. Ramsey effectively patting himself and the Republican controlled House, Senate and Governor's office on the back for a "job well done" this session - I wrote an email to him, Gov. Haslam, Speaker Harwell and my Rep/Senator voicing my displeasure with their just ended session and my reasons for being displeased.
That was just after the session ended and I've yet to even receive an acknowledgement from a staff member that my email was received...I made a similar posting on Lt. Gov. Ramsey's facebook page and the post seems to have disappeared.
Funny think, though...my phone still rings with various and sundry "Republican" groups wanting money from me.
