I kind of like 2675. Not at all gun related, but puts a few of our enemies in a tight spot.

If they are not selling the required amount of food then they should loose thier permit for selling alcohol. Its the law. If I have to abide by it then so should they.

I appreciate the point Curry is making, I hope that his schedule will allow him to be our guest at the Shelby Chapter next week. However; the direction I'd like to see the Legislature go is less regulation in general. Overall, the nanny state, control mentality causes more problems than it solves...

I have to agree with you Pat, less government is what we need, if we just enforced the constitution things would be a world better, the problem is enforcement, how do you get government to enforce the law on themselves or their buddies ? I know how George, and Thomas ,and Alexander and Samuel did it, we have sooooo much law now, that to be law abiding and non threatening and be accused of something by a group or individual with money and power puts you at a loss, financially and for some reason even your reputation.less government ,more citizens who are not cowards, will drive the scum back, JMO

I don't think Todd introduced this bill because he actually thought it would get passed, I think he introduced to make the point that we have good laws that are not being enforced. Considering that until the whole guns in restaurants law came up, I didn't know there weren't any true "bars" in TN.
