This is lovely but what would be better is if we didn't face the wrath of the law from these posted areas and could deal with our safety and defense on our own, without fear of prosecution.

That and Constitutional carry are the two things that would really put a cherry on the top of the concealed carry ice cream soda.

Oh great, I will be dead, but my family can sue for lost wages etc. perhaps we can get it changed to Constitutional Carry everywhere. Including the VA Hospital campus's

It's NOT perfect, but it's a HUGE step forward.

If this could be passed INSURANCE companies would quickly notice and 'persuade' their customers to not post.

Remember, we did not get here (HCP system) overnight.

The bill was amended to REMOVE all of that language. What passed is useless. You can thank the NRA and the sponsor for what did pass - if you like Gun Free Zones.

The founders had it right in the first place. If you can weasel around to get people to forget what "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" means, then nothing you write is going to be worth the TP it's printed on either.
