This a very good basic description of tools, methods and requirements of reloading by Ivan Hardwick. He broaches all the points needed to be considered, in a very clear and professional manner. Kudos to Mr. Hardwick for posting this on the net for all to use. He does a far better job of his descriptions than I did in my first post.
