.380 Ammo?

Postby C. Richard Archie » Wed Dec 30, 2009 3:44 pm

Does anybody have a line on some .380 JHP ammo in the State?

Other than occasional boxes I stumble on, I hear that Barrett's new place - The Outpost - has a good quantity.

Butch was kind enough to locate some up in Union City, but I do appreciate the response. Stuff is harder to come by than hen's teeth.

Personally, I do not own one, locating this for a friend that ran into a couple of new Sig's he gave his wife and daughter, just did not think to pick up ammo for them, and there is none in the Jackson area.

My smallest caliber in a handgun is a .44, and most are .45's. I gave up on store bought years ago. I roll my own.

The Outpost (Barrett's place) does indeed have a steady supply of .380 ammo. The price is reasonable considering the availability.. About $23.00 for FMJ x 50 round box, & $16.00 for personal defense rounds per 20 rd. Box. The stuff I bought was decent quality.. Magtech & Aguilar I think..
