It has been rough. I feel like my pride has been castrated.

The massive changeover in management has brought in this "global" mentality that everybody seems in such a hurry to embrace. What ever happened to being an American, American pride? What about being a Tennessean?

From what I've seen, if they fail to extract their heads from their rear ends, they may end up loosing the Greeneville plant. They have been hurting for a while. If they keep mistreating their employees, the word will get out, and people will quit buying their stuff.
