I noticed that the same sponsors of this bill never seem to talk about the anchor baby loop hole in immagration.

Once again we are under attack.

Let me opine that if the liberal democrats that that by supporting "illegal gun carriers" that they would pick up more votes, they would. They put nothing - absolutely nothing - ahead of their personal agendas.

Ok...I got a gun owning buddy here at work who says he doesn't really have much of a problem with this bill. Will this effect all private gun sales? If I sell a shotgun to my brother, or give a firearm as a gift to my father, would I be breaking the law under this new law?
