Any further meetings happening in the Nashville/Surrounding area to set up a local chapter?

I'd be very interested in attending meetings (especially if held at a range) and joining the TFA officially. Right now, I've just started a new job and finances are a little tight.

The Nashville Chapter is alive and well. We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Shoney's on Interstate Drive (that's across from LP Field & the Gerst Haus), just across the river from downtown Nashville.
The next meeting is 21 October. The "official" meeting is from 6:30PM to 7:30PM, but some folks start arriving around 5:00PM, or a bit later, to have time to eat before the meeting starts. We're in the back meeting room, conveniently located next to the buffet!
You don't have to be a TFA member to attend: anyone with an interest in guns, shooting, collecting, whatever, is welcome. Also, it's not just for men: a number of women usually attend, and even some children. It's a family-friendly evening, by design. There's no cost unless you choose to eat.
In addition to legislative updates, there are frequently guest speakers. Recent topics include the history of the AR15/M16, and an overview of duelling. October's meeting is "open floor", to allow discussion of the pending election.
Check below in the Local Chapters section for updates.
