TFA online membership sign up won't take my CC

What am I missing here?

I checked it and it seems to be working.

I made a purchase from NRA and used this credit card. I attempted again a family membership on the one time purchase and the above statement was received. Does this have anything to do with perhaps having the CC number listed with Pay pal but not going through pay pal?

All I can say is that the TFA's "store" uses PayPal (at least until we find a reliable alternative, for example we had an GunPal account until it folded).

TFA's PAC however can accept either PayPal or Prixy.
