How can a resolution be reversed

Postby Butch Butler » Thu Jul 23, 2009 6:20 pm

Is there any way to have a park resolution reversed? How would i go about it? I dont want to let this go any more,i spent some time on a local radio call in show this morning, and afterwards there were several calls voicing for our side.I may not be the best spokesperson but im doing the best i can and we already have several people wanting to sign up.I need to know from someone who can point me in the right direction.

Several paths to pursue at once.

1) Get favorable local officials to introduce additional bills to start exempting specific greenways, parks, etc., where there should be little controversy then keep chipping at them.

2) Work to educate and if that does not work replace existing local officials

3) Work on state legislators to remove local option and open all parks.

4) Help work, if it is your interest, on a possible lawsuit to declare the local option unconstitutional

Get local legislators, state legislators and others to join in TFA and contribute to both PAC and CAF - the more noise we make as a grassroots organization and individually - the better......
