look at the arrests made at the 2008 republican national convention, protestors carrying signs and the usual, taken down hard and arrested, then moved to the park adjacent and arrested all in the park even tho they had no signs, consider this, the patriot act still in full force, there is no private phone call or email right now, they dont need court approval, and then further, that because of a bush edict under executive order, still in effect, if the president names you an enemy combatant without having to have reason, then you will be imprisoned indefinitely till someone can get you out, the last ones it usually runs about ten months, so is that democracy? is that a free society? mexican nationals flying the mexican flag on top of the american flag are not even arrested, but hey, thats whats going on,, our president now has the power of a King, not an elected official, it's all a bit out of control
