This is something *I* oppose. Just as one cannot access TN DL records, I feel that the HCP records should also be off-limits. As long as one is legal & law abiding, who's business is it anyway whom has one or not? Three cheers for Buford's response as well!

Good Point bobsguns. After writing the above. I did a little more research, and it appears that there is a precedent of sorts. Some information, like DL records is kept "off limits".
