As many of you know, TFA and NRA does not get material support from State Representative Rob Briley. Briley is apparently on the "favored" list of Speaker Naifeh, he is a Nashville attorney (but so am I), he is the grandson of a former Nashville mayor, his brother sits on the Metro council, and Rob himself sits on the House Judiciary Committee and Subcommittee through which most TFA legislation must pass. He routinely opposes our efforts.

Karen Bennett is running against Rob Briley and seeks the support of TFA and NRA members STATEWIDE. While some of you may support Mr. Briley, others may not. To those of you who do not support Mr. Briley, I have been asked by the Bennett campaign to inform you of a fund raising trap and skeet shoot that is being held for her campaign. I do not recall receiving a similar request from the Briley camp.
