HB 3113 / SB 2672 - Deadly Force Law

Extends doctrine of self-defense to permit same use of deadly force now allowed in a person's residence to other dwellings and vehicles and expressly provides that person is immune from criminal prosecution or civil liability for lawful exercise of self-defense. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 11, Part 6.
