TFA Joins GOA Amicus Brief

I'm proud to announce TFA has joined Gun Owners of America and the Gun Owners Foundation in filing an amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court in support of four Chicago residents who are seeking to invalidate a city ordinance prohibiting them from owning or possessing a handgun in their own home (McDonald v. Chicago). This case could have national implications.
BIG thanks to the generosity of TFA Members, Hal Rounds, David Mixon and Shelby Chapter Founder, Rich Mason. With their contributions and others from last week's meeting, the Shelby Chapter will be sending over $250.00 to Nashville to give over 10% of TFA's $2,500.00 contribution to the GOA amicus brief.
