I'm looking for an online resource where I can look up specific ordaninces or laws. I know about the Nexis/Lexus site, but that's for state-wide law.
Anybody know of one?

You can get ordinances for Nashville at www.nashville.org
You can also get all state regulations from the state's web site - but you have to dig around to find the part of the site that has the records.
