Incorportation - from the 9th Circut no less!

On another gun forum, they have been talking about the Nordyke case. He lost his appeal, but the court affirmed that the 2A is incorporated against the states via the 14th. I haven't looked at it though and through, but it appears to be the start of a nice win. Though it does not cover us, it is still worth noting I think.
