Tennessee: Concealed Handguns For Legislators Appears Blocked.
The Speaker of the Tennessee State Assembly said that an absurd bill that would have forced police to allow Tennessee state legislators to carry concealed handguns without even getting a CCW permit was "frivolous" and "probably DOA."
i have to agree that it is frivilous, they aren't an elite group of civilians. if they can do it then we need to be able to do it as well.
