Nashville Chapter meeting - Tuesday, February 16, 2016
Our guest speaker is scheduled to be Special Agent (SA) Michael P. Knight who is the Public Information Officer for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF),
Special Agent (SA) Michael P. Knight is the Public Information Officer for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and is based in the Nashville Field Division. That Division covers the states of Tennessee and Alabama.
His responsibilities include congressional, media and public affairs. SA Knight began his career with ATF in 1990 serving in the Chicago Field Division and subsequently transferred in 1998 to the Nashville Field Division. SA Knight worked in the Field Intelligence Group and the Violent Crime Impact Team within the Nashville Field Division prior to assuming his current position of Public Information Officer.
SA Knightâs investigative specialties are in the area of explosives and intelligence related forums. He is a Certified Explosive Specialist and a former member of the National Response Team. SA Knight frequently travels abroad participating in operational as well as training venues covering the areas of media relations, explosives and intelligence related matters.
Social / meal starts at 5:30pm
Formal meeting time is 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm
Seating is limited to about 100 so arrive early if you want a seat.
Arrive early - 5:00 to 5:30 would be good. Eat in the meeting room if possible and if not, get as close as you can. We will try finishing eating in the meeting room to clear out everything but drinks for the meeting if we have a large turnout.

You do not have to be a TFA member to attend nor do you have to be a resident of Nashville. Everyone is welcome and you are encouraged to bring guests.
